We want you to love your swimwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
✓ Must be within 14 days of delivery date
✓ Items must be unworn and unwashed
✓ Original tags must be attached
✓ Must include original packaging
✗ Swimwear with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned
2. How to Return
Simple 3-step process:

- Complete the return request form
- Print your prepaid return label
3. Return Options
Choose what works best for you:
● Full refund to original payment method
● Exchange for different size/color
● Store credit for future purchases
4. Refund Processing
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return
- Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Special Circumstances
For faulty or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
6. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
